Cusil-Style Partial Denture--Also a cosmetic approach but with reduced stress on remaining teeth. Semi-Precision Partial Denture / Over-dentures--Crowns with specially fitted insertion sights, or "Sterngold Attachments", classify this as a highly specialized appliance. 

"How long should you wear a partial denture?"
